Q. What are the brown specks on the wipe?

Those are natural cotton specks. Because our cotton is left unbleached, you may see small variations in color. It’s a visual reminder that the wipe hasn’t been over-processed.

Raan wipes are made from 100% cotton, a natural fiber that biodegrades over time and is compostable in appropriate conditions. Always follow local composting guidelines.

Our wipes are made with 99% purified water and five thoughtfully chosen ingredients, including organic aloe. All ingredients are EWG Verified for safety and transparency, and the wipes have earned the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance for sensitive skin.

Q. Do they contain any harsh chemicals, fragrances, or alcohol?

No. Raan wipes are made without fragrance, alcohol, bleach, or harsh surfactants. They are EWG Verified and accepted by the National Eczema Association, making them suitable for skin that tends to react.

Q. Can I use Raan wipes beyond diaper changes?

Absolutely. They’re designed for more than diapers, from hands and faces to skin care, pet paws, and everyday cleanups. One wipe usually goes a long way.

Q. Where are Raan Wipes manufactured?

Raan wipes are designed and made in the USA using U.S.-grown cotton. We work closely with our manufacturing partners to maintain quality and consistency at every step.

Q. Can I flush them?

No. Even though they’re made from cotton, Raan wipes are not flushable. Please dispose of them in the trash or compost where appropriate.

Q. Do your wipes expire?

Our wipes, like all wipes, expire with time. The expiration date can be found in each individual pack.

Q. Where is Raan available for in-person purchase?

Raan wipes are available in person at Erewhon and Happier Grocery. We’re growing our retail presence and will continue sharing new locations as we expand.

Q. What is your return policy?

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (and include your order number) so we can promptly assist with returns and any other questions. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

We fulfill and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM MST typically ship the same day. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, though during periods of high demand it may take up to 4–5 business days. Your estimated processing time will be shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear, depending on the carrier.
