Are these wipes safe for sensitive skin and allergies?

Yes, our unbleached 100% cotton wet wipes are dermatologist-tested, EWG verified and designed for even the most sensitive skin. The cotton wipes are hypoallergenic, free from harsh chemicals, made with over 99% water ensuring our wipes won’t cause irritation. Our wipes are gentle enough for newborns, adults with sensitive skin, and even those prone to eczema or allergies.

Do the cotton wet wipes contain any harsh chemicals, fragrances, or alcohol?

No. Our wipes are completely free from fragrances, alcohol, parabens, phthalates, chlorine, and other irritants. There are only 5 ingredients in our formula to ensure maximum purity and safety. With just a handful of skin-friendly components, our wipes provide a gentle yet effective clean without unnecessary additives.

Where are these wipes made, and are the materials sourced in the USA?

Yes, our wipes are proudly made in the USA, using 100% domestically sourced cotton. Every step of production—from cotton harvesting to manufacturing and packaging—takes place in the United States. This ensures the highest quality standards while supporting local industries.

Are the wipes really 100% cotton and completely plastic-free and tree free?

Yes! Our wipes are made from unbleached 100% pure cotton fibers, with zero synthetic materials or plastic additives - earning us the Cotton Natural Seal. Many conventional wipes contain plastic-based fibers like polyester, but ours are completely tree free biodegradable and non toxic, ensuring a natural and gentle touch on the skin.

Are these wipes biodegradable or compostable?

Yes. Since our wipes are made from unbleached 100% cotton, they are biodegradable and compostable under the right conditions. In home composting, they can break down within 20 weeks, depending on environmental factors. Our commitment to sustainability means no plastic pollution—just pure, natural fibers that return to the earth.

Can I flush these wipes down the toilet?

No. Even though they are biodegradable, the wipes are not flushable. These wipes are not designed to break down as quickly as toilet paper and could cause plumbing or septic issues. For best disposal practices, place them in the trash or compost.

Are these wipes thick and durable enough for messy cleanups?

Absolutely! Cotton is naturally three times stronger when wet compared to conventional wood pulp wipes. Our wipes are extra thick and textured to handle even the messiest situations—whether it’s diaper changes, makeup removal, or cleaning spills—without tearing or leaving residue.

How long can I store the wipes? Do they dry out or expire?

Unopened pack wipes have a 2 year shelf life. Once opened, they stay fresh for up to one year if sealed properly. To prevent drying out, keep the package closed when not in use and store it in a cool, dry place. If a wipe becomes dry, you can add a little clean water to rehydrate it. Tip: If your cotton wipes dry out, you can still use them like a cotton cloth wipe or add a little water to wipe down your countertop.

Can I use these wipes on my baby or toddler's face?

Yes! Our wipes are gentle enough for your baby or toddler's hands, face, and diaper area.

Can I use these wipes to remove makeup?

Our cotton wet wipes gently lift surface makeup and refresh the skin, but they're not designed to remove all traces of makeup. For a deeper cleanse, pair with micellar water or follow with your usual routine.

Are these wipes safe to use on pets (dogs)?

Yes! Our wipes are safe for pet use, making them perfect for wiping muddy paws, cleaning fur, or freshening up your pet between baths. The wipes contain non toxic chemicals, fragrances, or dyes, so you don’t have to worry if your pet licks their fur after use. Many pet owners find them a great natural alternative to pet wipes.

How do I check the status of my order?

Log into your account, then view your order status on your Account page. The status updates as soon as your payment is processed and your order is shipped.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (and include your order number) so we can promptly assist with returns and any other questions. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Which payment options do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards—American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa—as well as Apple Pay. In the US, you can also use Afterpay for installment payments, subject to approval.

When is my credit card billed?

It will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We fulfill and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM MNT typically ship on the same day. However, processing may occasionally take 2-3 business days, and during periods of high demand, it could take up to 4-5 business days. Your estimated processing time will be shown at checkout when you select your shipping method. Once your tracking number is generated, you'll receive an email notification. Please note that it might take a few hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created, depending on the carrier.

If you're unable to log in or have forgotten your password, please follow these steps: Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address. Check your email for a password reset message and follow the provided instructions. Once reset, save your new password securely for future access.

Why was my order cancelled?

To ensure secure transactions and protect all parties, our fraud system may cancel orders for several reasons, including: Exhibiting irregular purchase patterns or other suspicious activity. Mismatches between billing and shipping information. Any behavior deemed high-risk or inconsistent with our terms and conditions.

What are the shipping fees?

Enjoy free shipping on US orders over $50. (This offer does not apply to Priority Shipping options). For most domestic addresses, Standard Shipping depends on the order weight. It is calculated at checkout.

Which states are included in your delivery service?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO. International countries will be available soon.

Where is Raan available for in-person purchase?

What is your returns policy?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders processed after Noon MTN on the same day cannot be modified. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order details. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee any changes after an order is processed, especially during periods of high volume. Please note that we are not responsible for address errors or delays once your package leaves our facility.
