Are Raan cotton wipes safe for newborns and sensitive skin?

Yes. Raan cotton wipes are made with unbleached 100% cotton and 99% purified water, plus just 5 clean, EWG-verified ingredients including organic aloe. They’re hypoallergenic, pH-balanced, dermatologist tested, and safe for newborns and eczema-prone skin.

How many wipes will I need per use?

Raan cotton wipes are up to 35% larger and thicker than standard wipes, so one wipe often does the job of three or four regular ones.

Are the singles different from the 60-count pack?

They’re the same Raan cotton wipes—same size, same unbleached 100% cotton, same 99% purified water formula. The 60-count pack is ideal for everyday use at home or in the nursery, while the individually wrapped wipes stay fresh on the go—perfect for travel, skincare, gym, and more.

Why do they cost more than some other wipes?

Because they’re better for your skin, your baby, and the planet. Made in the USA from unbleached cotton and premium clean ingredients, they’re up to 35% larger and thicker than standard wipes—so you use fewer per change.

Do they contain any harsh chemicals, fragrances, or alcohol?

No. Raan cotton wipes are free from harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, dyes, parabens, phthalates, alcohol, and chlorine—making them gentle enough for the most sensitive skin.

Are Raan cotton wipes biodegradable or compostable?

Yes. Raan cotton wipes are made from 100% cotton, a natural fiber that’s biodegradable and plastic-free. Like all natural materials, how quickly they break down depends on the conditions in which they’re disposed of.

What are the little specks on the wipes?

Those tiny specks are natural cotton fibers. Because we leave our cotton unbleached and untreated, you can see the plant’s natural flecks and color variations. They’re completely safe—and proof that nothing unnecessary has touched your wipe.

Why can I smell something if the wipes are unscented?

“Unscented” means we don’t add artificial fragrances or perfumes. Any scent you notice is the natural aroma of our clean ingredients, like organic aloe—nothing synthetic.

Can I use Raan wipes for more than just diaper changes?

Yes! We made these wipes for the whole family. They’re perfect for light makeup removal, hands, skincare, road trips, freshening up, and even your pet.

Do Raan wipes contain plastic?

No. They’re made from unbleached 100% cotton—a renewable, biodegradable fiber that’s plastic-free and tree-free. Unlike many wipes, ours don’t shed microplastics or require heavy chemical processing.

Why don’t Raan wipes have a hard plastic lid?

We skip the hard plastic lid to cut plastic use by about 70% in every pack. Our resealable lid closure keeps wipes fresh while reducing waste—better for the planet without sacrificing convenience.

Can I flush Raan cotton wipes?

No. Raan cotton wipes are not designed to be flushed. While they’re made from natural cotton and may break down under the right composting conditions, flushing can cause plumbing and sewer issues.

How long can I store Raan cotton wipes? Will they dry out or expire?

Unopened packs have a 2-year shelf life. Once opened, they stay fresh for up to 1 year if sealed properly. To prevent drying, always reseal after use and store in a cool, dry place. If a wipe does dry out, you can rehydrate it with a little clean water—or use it dry as a soft cotton cloth for quick cleanups.

How do I check the status of my order?

Log into your account, then view your order status on your Account page. The status updates as soon as your payment is processed and your order is shipped.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (and include your order number) so we can promptly assist with returns and any other questions. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Which payment options do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards—American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa—as well as Apple Pay. In the US, you can also use Afterpay for installment payments, subject to approval.

When is my credit card billed?

It will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We fulfill and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM MNT typically ship on the same day. However, processing may occasionally take 2-3 business days, and during periods of high demand, it could take up to 4-5 business days. Your estimated processing time will be shown at checkout when you select your shipping method. Once your tracking number is generated, you'll receive an email notification. Please note that it might take a few hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created, depending on the carrier.

If you're unable to log in or have forgotten your password, please follow these steps: Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address. Check your email for a password reset message and follow the provided instructions. Once reset, save your new password securely for future access.

Why was my order cancelled?

To ensure secure transactions and protect all parties, our fraud system may cancel orders for several reasons, including: Exhibiting irregular purchase patterns or other suspicious activity. Mismatches between billing and shipping information. Any behavior deemed high-risk or inconsistent with our terms and conditions.

What are the shipping fees?

Enjoy free shipping on US orders over $50. (This offer does not apply to Priority Shipping options). For most domestic addresses, Standard Shipping depends on the order weight. It is calculated at checkout.

Which states are included in your delivery service?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO. International countries will be available soon.

Where is Raan available for in-person purchase?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders processed after Noon MTN on the same day cannot be modified. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order details. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee any changes after an order is processed, especially during periods of high volume. Please note that we are not responsible for address errors or delays once your package leaves our facility.
